Here's a quick, easy tutorial for you!

I wanted to share this quick, no-sew bunting banner I made for my daughter's birthday party last week. It's super easy and great for those crunch times when you don't want to bring out the sewing machine.

All you need is pretty duct tape {available at Michael's}, large printed letters {I used size 250 of this font}, and a paper trimmer.

Using a ruler, mark 6.5" down in the very middle under the letter {at the 4.25" mark when measuring across} on the backside, this will mark the center so you can trim the letters with perfect angles.

I trimmed at an angle from the 6.5" center point while matching the top corner up at the 1cm mark on my trimmer. This leaves a nice straight edge right at the top...
That little bit of straight edge will help you line up your letters evenly along the duct tape.

Making sure to place your letters in the correct order {because I didn't on the first try! ...heheh...} place them face down on your duct tape, using that little straight edge at the top to line them up evenly along the duct tape. I left about 1/2" between each letter.

Once all the letters are in place, fold the duct tape over in half.

To help the bunting drape nicely, cut a little slit between each letter, being careful not to detach any letters! I also stretched each slit a little {again, being very careful not to rip right through...}

This helps your bunting letters to drape beautifully.

As you can see, it's a quick, but very pretty, addition to any decor. These are so simple and painless to make, that they're pretty much disposable and great for one-time uses when you need easy party decor. But you could hang them in a nursery or house and leave it up for a while!
