My favorite things - Episode 1

I just love my disorganized crafting area. It's never clean or orderly, but it is my very own spot where I can go and do whatever suits my creative needs.

I try and surround myself in this area with things I love. Here's a few of them.

My mini-muffin pan organizer. I use it to hold the findings I use in my jewelry making, and half-done charms.

To the right of my humble craft desk is my favorite drawer o' inspiration: the ephemera drawer! Every time I open it I get excited at what I can pull out and use. I want it to keep growing and become stuffed full with lovely ephemera.

Finally, just thought I'd post a picture of my new shelf! I got a hutch at a garage sale for $15, and it's been a nice addition to my craft room. This shelf is not one of my favorites because it is a shelf, but because of what it holds. Particularly my favorite crafting books like "Pretty Little Things" by Sally Jean Alexander and "Limmericks" by... I don't know at the moment.
